‘Low’ forms, threatens to unleash rain fury over East, Central India

India Meteorological Office (IMD) has declared the formation of a small-pressure place about North-West Bay of Bengal on Thursday, a working day right before it experienced predicted. But this fell in in line with what private forecaster Skymet Weather experienced predicted a few of times ago.
