The editor of the Daily Mail, Geordie Greig, is stepping down immediately after just over three yrs in the position.
He will be changed by Ted Verity, the editor of Mail on Sunday, who will oversee each titles.
Mr Greig succeeded Paul Dacre in September 2018 and experienced edited the Sunday title for seven yrs before that. He will grow to be advisor editor.
Lord Rothermere, the chairman of DMGT, mentioned the Daily Mail experienced grow to be the UK’s major-marketing newspaper through Mr Greig’s tenure.
