WASHINGTON—The Trump administration outlined an array of new steps that are intended to preclude China and Russia from selling weapons to Iran and to block the shipment of items that may well be used for its missile systems.
The new ways consist of sanctions that have been approved in an govt order signed by President Trump, who explained in a statement that his administration would “use every single resource at our disposal to halt Iran’s nuclear, ballistic missile, and typical weapons pursuits.”
